What file types do you export?
DXF (polyline and spline) and SVG. Both work with Lightburn, RDWorks, and all major laser and CNC software.
What machines does it work with?
All of them: Glowforge, xTool, OMTech, Epilog, Trotec, Boss Laser, and any machine that accepts DXF or SVG. CNC routers and plasma cutters work too.
What is the difference between AI Builder and Free Converter?
AI Builder uses AI to analyze your photo, clean it up, and produce a stencil with auto-bridging and style selection. The Free Converter is a direct vectorization: no AI, no credits, just fast conversion of a clean image to DXF or SVG.
Do you store my photos?
No. Photos are processed immediately and deleted within 24 hours. We never use your images to train AI models.
What if the stencil has floating pieces?
Auto-bridging connects them automatically. You can also fix them manually in the bridge editor.
How many credits does each action cost?
Each AI generation uses 1 credit. DXF and SVG exports use 1 credit each. The Free Converter uses no credits. Credits never expire.
What if a job fails?
Credits are automatically refunded for server errors. Reporting bugs also earns 2 bonus credits.
