What to include
To help us answer quickly, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which browser and laser software you use (LightBurn, Glowforge, xTool, and so on). If a design came out wrong, a screenshot helps a lot. If it is a billing question, include the email address on your account.
Report a problem with a design
AI results are not perfect, and we improve them from real reports. If a generation looks wrong, you can send a bug report straight from the site using the Report a bug button at the bottom of any page, or email us. We may add credits to your account for a helpful report once it is reviewed.
Response time
We aim to reply within two business days. We are a small team, so complex issues can take a little longer, but we will always get back to you.
