Make a finger-joint box with the StencilCut Box maker
Switch to Advanced, open the Box maker, type the outside size and material thickness, choose a closed or open box and add every panel to your sheet.

0:02In the laser editor, switch to Advanced for the maker tools.
0:06Open Templates, then choose Finger-joint box.
0:10Type the outside width, depth and height in millimetres, then check the material thickness and the kerf, so the joints fit snugly.
0:19Choose a sealed box or an open top, check the panel layout, then add the box to your sheet.
0:25Every panel lands on the sheet. Cut them all, and the fingers interlock.
