Trace over a sketch in the StencilCut laser editor
Upload a sketch, turn it into a faded tracing guide, draw scrolls over it with the Spiral tool, make the lines solid and export without the guide.

0:02Upload a photo of your sketch to the laser editor.
0:06Press Trace over it. The sketch fades into a locked guide that is never exported.
0:12Pick the Spiral tool and drag from the centre of a scroll out to its end.
0:17Press Make solid to turn the line into material. Hold Alt to wind the next scroll the other way.
0:23Hide the guide to see only what the laser will cut.
0:26Then export an SVG or DXF at true size. The guide stays out of the file.
